Introduction to the Madhya Pradesh High Court – Madhya Pradesh High Court is the High Court of the state of Madhya Pradesh which was established on 1 November 1956, located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. It has both original and appellate jurisdiction in terms of civil, criminal, and constitutional matters and deals with appeals from lower courts as well as writ petitions and public interest litigations. It ensures justice in the state and supervises the functioning of subordinate courts.
